Blue happy birthday

Do you remember the green birthday card I posted last week? Well, I made 3 panels at the same time with the same background stamp - here's card #2
I added a die cut and stamped sentiment from Hero Arts "Happy Stamp & Cut" set.

I'll be sharing this card at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge, where they're playing with Hero Arts products, and their theme is Anything Goes!
